Poor organisation from staff running session. Little to no direction. Booked a few classes, at no point was I ever told they were for couples. Turned up and felt like an idiot standing by myself while others were placed into groups. Do not recommend for singles looking to get fit. Try F45, at least some modicum of structure.
Friendly atmosphere, supportive coaches, variety of classes!
