Big gym with large selection of machines, would give 5 stars but lots of the time I go to clean a machine and there is no sanitary wipes. Place is not 24/7, understandable but not preferable, upside is that there is always staff and except for the wipes, the place is maintained well.
Are the classes for women only?
I like the instructors at the gym. however VIVA lesiure really left a bad taste with how hard they make it for a medical suspension. I had COVID and still had to pay. I have cancelled my membership.
Great atmosphere and supportive trainers.
I'm really enjoying the variety of classes, the coaches and the options they give for someone less seasoned as myself. Very efficient way to work out and balance work andfamily
