Great coach. The workouts are a little confusing but he explains them again as you go along. He's workouts get you sweating, high heart rate, and tire you out but that's a good thing.

I’m so happy I found HIIT Fitness Studio. It fits right into my busy schedule. The workouts are insane ( in a great way). I love that I can just show up here and have the without and split training figured out for me. Coach instructs and gives tips on form throughout the workout. He is professional and engaging. You can tell everyone feels welcome here. Looking forward to my results. Oh! And the music is really good. And the studio is clean.
