I’m completely addicted! I feel stronger and more motivated than ever. The class times are perfect for my schedule, the coaches are fantastic, and the location is great!

First class was amazing. It was a huge challenge for me but I left feeling so strong. I love the space, everyone was so welcoming, encouraging and kind which is a huge deal to me. The owners Katie and Jon were in the class with me and they were awesome to be around because they gave the workout 110% which encouraged me to keep pushing. On top of that they were super friendly and made it a point to introduce themselves and make me feel welcomed knowing I was new.
