No one makes me work harder than Ralph!! The combination of these workouts (tread, kickboxing, and free weights) helps me stay excited and I'm never bored. The way he motivates you is like no other coach I've had. He's also just a great person, friend and mentor who helped me get certified to teach fitness classes and personal train. Stop by HIIT IT Los Angeles to try a class-- you won't be disappointed!!!
Ralph is a great coach!! he went over the work out prior to start of class. I loved the warm up. correct way of warming hips and legs before any kickboxing workout is a must. especially if you're old and early riser like me. its clean and private little studio. heavy duty heavy l bags hanging from rafters. good energy and great work out. plenty of free parking in front. hand sanitizer and cubbies for your belongings. thank you Ralph!
My partner and I signed up for the intro class and when we arrived, the instructor told us the other participants had canceled and encouraged us to reschedule. He seemed reluctant to still teach the class and we ended up leaving after feeling pressured to reschedule. I know it would have been a small group, but it was frustrating to arrange our schedules and drive 20 minutes when they could have called us.
This is how professional the owners of this gym are. I said one of their ads was cringy, and they sent this to my direct messages. As a coach this is how you treat others? Yall should be ashamed
