I started going to HIIT it Fit in December and I am so happy I joined. I have seen a huge difference in my body in just 2 or 3 months. Katie is an awesome instructor that shows up for us everyday and encourages us to be the best we can be. Awesome community with a variety of classes and times to fit your schedule. I love HIIT it Fit.
After trying multiple gyms in the area, this one is the best. This gym feels more like home. You don’t get the feeling of being just “another membership”. Katie takes her time to ensure the best workouts for everyone and makes you feel comfortable.
Katie and Chris were warm and welcoming from the moment I walked into HIIT IT FIT. I was not actively exercising when I tried HIIT IT FIT for the first time and now I look forward to working out every week! HIIT IT FIT is challenging but in the best way. Katie pushes you to be stronger and work harder every class. She is very knowledgeable and is always a friendly face. The class sizes are just right so you can still interact with people but also receive coaching attention. 100/10, would recommend!

HIIT it Fit is the perfect gym for me! I love the variety of workouts offered each week — it keeps me from getting burned out. Everyone is so welcoming. With the smaller class sizes, it almost feels like having a personal trainer. Katie, the owner, is always pushing you to be your best and has given me alternative exercises that are pregnancy safe. Couldn’t recommend this facility more!
