I started working out at HIIT IT in the spring of 2023. It has such a great atmosphere, the workouts are always new and challenging, and the support from the trainers and other members is incredibly helpful. Highly recommend trying it out especially if you have a hard time being consistent with your work outs.
Highly recommend this gym. Faith is amazing and really helps motivate and make you feel amazing about yourself and your progress. She helped push and encourage me. Helped me to accomplish my goals and made me feel overall amazing (which I never thought was possible)

Absolutely wonderful staff, great place to get in, get a great full body workout. No gym judgement appeal. Adaptable program for all body types and restrictions. Great products, reasonable pricing.
