Best gym in Kangaroo Point hands down. Friendly, personable and informative experience from Dan and the team. The classes on offer are unique compared to other gyms. The calisthenics sessions gave me better and faster gains even after years of lifting!
Advertised a class on ClassPass, proceeded to show up to find all the doors locked - a bit unacceptable to be closed without any warning and were uncontactable via call and text, the website is broken and no public holiday hours are advertised anywhere online that would suggest they cared about people wanting to come
Amazing trainers and great knowledge for anyone who wants to better themselves. Can't recommend it enough.
