Place shares a building with Dunkin Doughnuts & Century Grill so the whole time your working out you smell food & grease so if you want to sweat and smell like donuts this is the place for you. So many better places in the area.
Amazing work out studio! The instructors are super patient and made me feel comfortable, getting back into fitness. They let me go on my own pace, While still pushing me to get the most out of each workout. Highly recommend!
The owner is nice, and the workouts are great. I would recommend going there and buying some of the clothes they sell.
Hiit 56 is the best place to workout. The workouts are so well thought out and fun. I have never been to a studio like this. The owner Pam and her staff are very knowledgeable and so nice. Hiit 56 also has a fabulous boutique with workout clothes. I can’t recommend Hiit 56 enough!
