This hiit training is so amazing. Chantal (the instructor) is knowledgeable and goes over every position and how to correctly execute it. She also during the class will come around and make adjustments so you dont hurt yourself. The music is upbeat and the atmosphere is fun. All genders and body types were in my class. It felt very welcoming. Make sure you bring a personal towel it is mandatory for the classes!

Visiting Boca Raton year 3 and keep coming back for these workouts. Hardcore format, overall body strength and cardio. Training for skiing and hiking.. The trainers are very helpful and kick my butt!! Chantel, Susie, Pam, Tammy thank you !
