I have been working out at HIIT for 5 weeks and have loved it! The workouts are intense and challenging but I feel like I have accomplished something when I leave. Christa and her staff are awesome!
Everyone needs HIIT. :30 in their life. Compliting this 30 minute intense workout will leave you feeling accomplished. Be ready to sweat and push yourself to exhaustion. Christy and the staff are amazing. The atmosphere is positive, encouraging, and friendly. The best 30 minutes of my day are spent at HIIT :30.
Love love love this place! The workout is intense and it only takes 30 minutes out of my day. I used to spend hours at the guy doing weight training and cardio. I never got the results I was looking for. The staff was so encouraging and helpful. After only 3 months at HIT:30 I started seeing new definition in my arms and glutes.
