My experience was great, the managed Ben made it personal and professional, will be returning exactly because of that. Food and drinks tasted very very good, atmosphere was chill and nice while shopping

I travelled from Edinburgh to Newcastle today for the Great North Run and before heading to the start lineI was desperately needing to use the toilet. I completely understand that the toilets are for customers only, but the manager (the gentleman behind the bar) was so friendly and welcoming and kindly allowed me to use them. Really good coffee, Acai bowl amazing and so was the cinnamon bun, looking forward to going back next time I'm close by.
