Unfortunately, I was unable to agree the contract offered by Higuera Hardwoods, due to the fact that their company uses RELIGIOUS ARBITRATION in lieu of CONSTITUTIONAL remedies. So far our Bamboo floor has been replaced twice!! The first time owner Joe H. would not come and see the problem. He sent a certified inspector from the National Assoc. instead. The new floor was replaced. It has started to fail again. We will see what he does this time. Feel free to contact me for detail on the Strand Bamboo flooring in question.

IN response to Mr. Smiths Allegations, A third-party National Wood Flooring inspector visited the site and found no evidence of product failure on the first flooring installation. Nonetheless, we supplied new flooring at our expense which was installed by the customer’s contractor. Following installation, the customer claimed the new flooring failed.
