I went to Rite Aid on Friday. While waiting for someone getting their Covid shot, I used their blood pressure cuff station. I've never had an issue with blood pressure and wasn't too concerned. Lo and behold, the reading was 127/107, very high. I'm slender, eat healthily and workout 3 times a week with a personal trainer.
