Rick is very accommodating. I was in Montreal on a tight schedule and needed a truck inspection. Even though we hadn’t explicitly confirmed the appointment, he did all he could to squeeze me in because he knew that I had driven all the way from Ottawa and didn’t want to waste my strip. Highly recommend!
