I am a senior who is hesitant to go into any sales office because the two car dealers before we visited Highway Motors had pushy sales staff and made my wife and i want to leave. Highway Motors was next on our list but we were met by an appointment only sign. so we turned back to leave when a car pulled in and a very loud spoken man we later came to know as the Randy the owner explained the sign is there because he is a one man show and he wants to make sure he gives everyone equal time. Violent man literally chase me out of a lot. Because I was trying to make a deal with him. Call me all sorts of names and swear words. I don't recommend dealing with this criminal.
I'm a Brantford resident who called Highway Motors on an Ad. Via social media. From the first encounter, you could feel the professionalism in direct responses, answering all my concerns.
