I abandoned this rental unit in October 2023 and signed the necessary paperwork yet I still am getting billing statements from them. Someone named Amy at corporate assured me this would be resolved and it has yet to be. I am concerned because they are saying I owe upwards of $800 now and assure me I do not yet they cannot take care of the billing problem. I hope their internal auditors are well aware their receivables is overstated and make the necessary corrections with the IRS or anyone following this company financials. I... read more

I have been renting a unit on this property owned and managed by highway Mini Storage for about a year. I have always dealt with Brittnie. She is professional, helpful and friendly and always reaches out to let me know if there are combination changes or other updates. This facility is located near a residential area and off the beaten path so not much activity in and out to worry about folks leaving the main gate open. She has always been available to me when I have any questions. Initially, Brittany made sure that I rented a unit of appropriate size. She reccomended a size that has been perfect for me.
