Bad experience. Booked an appointment for 5:40pm, reached there at 5:30pm, but had to wait another an hour to get to see Dr. such a poor service.
Disappointing experience with the front desk staff at Revita Clinic on Tuesday at approximately 9:20 AM. Unfortunately, the female staff member at the front desk was not very helpful and came across as rude and unapproachable. I expected a more welcoming, respectful, and professional attitude, especially in a healthcare setting where patients should feel comfortable and valued. Customer service definitely needs improvement.
