Do not bring your car here for a diagnosis! I had a check engine light on and i brought it in for a check up and they tried to quote me 1900$ for a repair i just had done a month before. waste of 120$ but at least i got a free car wash. The staff was friendly just too bad they weren’t knowledgeable. dealerships are a money grab
So I bought a used car in december of 2024. The engine light went FLASHING ten days later. The service team ended up telling me my engine was dead and I had to get a new one (Thank god I bought their third party coverage) Then the light came on flashing once again a couple months later. It was a battle for them to look at my car, It was a battle for them to get any information to me-They even claimed it was my own fault my car was broken and never did they tell me what caused the engine to break originally or the second time... read more
Each and every one at highway Mazda is amazing! Daunte was extremely accommodating (and patient) with all the vehicles we wanted to test drive until we settled on a Mazda cx5. Kevin and Jack were there to make sure all my paperwork was in order, taking my phone calls and texts and replying quickly. Great group of people at highway Mazda, wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Thanks again for another stress free vehicle purchase!
