On June 17th My wife and I took a CX-50 for a test drive. The sales person was great to deal with and the vehicle seemed to have everything that we were looking for. On June 21st I contacted the salesperson and informed him that we would like to proceed with the purchase. We made arrangement to pick up the vehicle on Monday June 23rd. You hear it’s worth the trip … yeah sure all dealerships are the same right ? No ! Absolutely not in this case !!! I’ve been to the big Mazda dealers in Winnipeg , Both try to force you to buy stuff you don’t want .. one will even let you walk out out the door if you don’t buy their add ons .We met Ryan … This dealership has an asset! Fully enjoyed the experience with him and everyone else there. If this review is still up they haven't done anything to help me out. If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been the worst car-buying and insurance experience of my life, and I feel completely ripped off. I bought a brand new car from Highway Mazda, on April of 2024 and was convinced to purchase their "loan protection" or "GAP insurance" or whatever they called it, specifically told it would cover the entire balance of my loan if the car was written off.
