I booked a Test Drive online. Received an automated response saying that someone would call me. A couple of weeks later I received a survey asking me how the Test Drive was. Only problem is that nobody ever contacted me, so it never happened. If it's this hard to get a Test Drive, I don't have a lot of faith in any post-sale service
