Not a smooth process to purchase a car. In the two weeks between signing and actually picking up the vehicle, the Ceramic Paint Coat extra was missed and had to drop off the car at a later time for that. Transferred the money early (before pickup and before obligated to) at the request of the salesperson to meet monthly bonus, which I did because I was given the tow ball package on the house. I ordered the car that morning it only had10.8km on it and I was running late but they waited and I drove away the same day in my new car I don’t think there is enough praise I can give them Thanks very much
Two stars.. one for the friendly greeting on arrival and one for the lovely loan car. -3 stars because after waiting 3 weeks for an appointment they told me they needed my car all day yet when arrived to pick it up (3.15pm) they still hadn’t even started it. Dropped it off at 7.15am and said I’d be back by 4pm. So after 8 hrs of having my car that they apparently needed all day it hadn’t even been started. Waste of time!
