I recently had my furnace serviced and was really happy with the work done by Mohit and Aniket. They were professional, polite, and did a thorough job. The service itself was smooth and they explained everything clearly, which I appreciated. The only small surprise was the additional $50 charge for the washer–dryer, as the original price discussed was $200. They cleaned my furnace and vents. On time, quick and professional.
I am very disappointed with the service from Highway Cleaners. The initial cleaning was not done properly, with several areas clearly left unfinished. A thorough job should have been completed the first time. After raising these concerns, they returned for a second visit, but charged extra for correcting their own incomplete work. This was unexpected and unacceptable. Overall, the quality of service and handling of the situation were poor. I would not recommend them based on this experience.
