It must be a great business model to be able to take $1000000 plus off someone and then wipe your hands clean of any warranty before the first 12 months is up. I have had numerous small issues and after speaking to Kane Clough (owner) it was painfully clear there was no care factor at all about my situation. As someone who has spent the last 15 years in the caravan industry myself it is my opinion that this company is only interested in taking your money and after that, you are on your own. Buy your van elsewhere
100 percent happy with my experience of buying a caravan here. There was nothing Brendan did not know about my Crusader van, and handover yesterday was unbelievably thorough. He explained everything clearly and simply, which was very helpful as I am new to caravanning. My friend who is an experienced caravanner, agreed it was the best handover he had experienced.
