Limped off i-75, as my car wasn't charging. He was able to diagnose my problem in just a few minutes and gave me a reasonable itemized quote. He didn't have my alternator in stock but was able to get it delivered in less time than it took for him to take the old part out. He then showed me why he thinks the old part failed and gave me a good lead on what to investigate when I get home. He got me back in the road in a couple hours. Bottom line is he is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.
