I just had an emission quick service.
Mother in law stopped by and nearly got scammed. She just needed to change out 2 rear brake pads. Owner claims that for European cars he is obligated to change all the rotors and brake pads. Gave a quote of over $3000. Went to another shop and said rotors were perfect and changed out brake pads and did entire fluid change and tune up for $1200
