A few months ago I bought a brake air compressor for my Cummins engine. Everything was fine until the moment I sent the damaged compressor to get my money back from the deposit. This company denied me the deposit and did not refund me because my compressor was damaged. It is normal that you buy a new compressor for which you have this damaged. $411.76 dollars that they did not want to return to me.
I ordered a water pump for a 6-71 Detroit diesel, they helped me find the right one, said it was in stock, great, can you send it overnight, yes, no problem, it will go out today. Part was in Ohio going to up state NY, next day tracking number said it was sent to the wrong destination, I've been emailing hhp 3 times and 4 phone calls,no reply to my emails, the last phone call leaha said UPS doesn't know where it is,end of conversation, don't bother using HHP, it's a waste of time, helpful people,poor communication.what is th... read more

I have a trucking company of 17 trucks ordered 3 cummins isx15 turbos from them all 1 week apart all 3 are failing. Sent pictures of oil dripping from one turbo and none from the exhaust manifold. The sent me new turbo but charged my card full price..its been 6 weeks and 4 calls in still waiting on THEIR OPINION..since then another one of their turbos is making a metal to metal sound and passing oil. We are an engineering services company in Texas with a small fleet of trucks. We ordered a number of camshaft cover plates to Highway and Heavy Parts and they sent a bunch of plastic gaskets. We contacted them and send them pictures of the parts we got and also of the parts that we were supposed to get ant they replied saying that we placed an order of gaskets.
