This place has terrible customer service they ignored my place in line, cleaned the cars of several customers that arrived after me, I waited over an hour after my car was washed just for them to vacuum the inside and do a poor interior cleaning. I will never be returning to this carwash again.
Came to give them one last shot. Was told an hour to complete an interior or exterior wash so I agree to wait. An hour and a half later and still haven’t started. This place used to be the best place to get a car wash, it’s gone down hill since new owners took over. I should’ve checked prior reviews before coming back.
Very poor service
I paid $48 for platinum package to wash my car in this car wash the result was garbage the two old workers their drying and cleaning my car super dirty inside of the waiting area when you go see the ceiling spider make houses there honestly I don't recommend this station for car wash the Platinum was included to wash trunk and Frunk but it isn't even ride the trunk I told the man go ahead and drive the trunk for me and also the sunroof was dirty
