If I could give zero stars, I would. Had a terrible experience with this company. Called for a tow, and they took forever to arrive despite promising a much shorter wait time. When the driver finally showed up, they were rude and careless with my vehicle. On top of that, the owner, Troy, was unprofessional and completely unhelpful when I raised concerns. To make matters worse, they overcharged me compared to what was originally quoted. Stay far away from Highway 9 Auto Collision—this place is a nightmare!
Avoid This Tow Company at All Costs! If you’re looking for a tow company that will damage your car for a “good price,” then this is the one for you. They attempted to tow my car last night and demanded $250 in cash just to unhook it. After some back and forth, they agreed to $100 in cash—with no receipt, of course. While unhooking my car, the tall, bald guy damaged the left side of my rear bumper.
