I wish I could give a no star rating. The charged twice the price of the part and almost double the cost of labor as all other shops in town, messed up more then he fixed and the Secretary is rude, and if all that wasn't bad enough the part he replaced went bad a couple months later, and he said he would charge us to fix it again. I would never go there again or send anyone I like or love there!!!

My experience was horrible. I called the shop to get my timing marks straight. The price was decent only $65. But after it was completed he said I had a fuel issue and the car still wasn't running so I had to get it towed back home. Now I had a professional mechanic come out and take a look at it and it's still out of time. So I called the shop to try and resolve this issue and their were unhelpful. I was told to bring it in and they would look at it when they had a chance too.

My 2007 Nissan Titan had a bad radiator and needed to be replaced. I walked in talked to the secretary and they gave me a decent price up front. Had it done quickly and done right. The man that owns the place is honest and straightforward, I recommend going there for any repairs you need to your vehicle.

I had my car towed there over the weekend to have an alternater installed. Instead of insisting I get a diagnostic and adding that nice expense, the owner/mechanic checked my alternater before install. Turns out it wasn't the alternater at all; and because he hadn't installed it, I was able to return it and get my refund. He fixed the easy problem (battery cable connection) charged my battery and waved any fee. That is good business and an honest man. They were extremely honest, very reliable. I had a fuel pump replaced and it was quick. Rick shopped around to find me the best price on a new part so I wouldnt have such a high expense. When I left I called a day later to ask about my car driving funny. Told me to bring it in a look at it. When I did he Advised me that the towing company i used had bent my suspension bar. and that the previous car that had come in on the tow truck had the same thing happen. so he also worked with me on filing a complaint to the tower servic... read more
