I have been going to the Moscow location since they opened I have spent hundreds of dollars at this location with no complaints I went their to resolve a wheel problem and the store manager refused my request to inspect my 2021 Lexus Es 350 tire or repair it terrible customer service I will never spend my money with this company again today I learned how they treat loyal customers thank you
I was travelling from out of state and picked up a screw in my tire. I noticed it when I made a stop in Moscow, TN. Although it was Saturday and they were just minutes from closing they waited for me and repaired my tire! They were so nice! Fast, friendly, professional, and caring. God bless them!
