Visiting family in the area and took my car there for service. They didn’t look at what I asked them to, charged me for diagnostics and service they never performed. A trans fluid and filter change. I’ve included a photo of the fluid currently in my transaxle and fresh fluid. Left side is in the car. Right side is fresh poured from a new bottle. Notice the color difference? Rip off artists. Stay away.
After my experience here, I'll go to a reputable dealership for car repairs. I'll pay a little more but I'll have better chances of not getting ripped off!
I’m not sure I will be taking my car up here anymore. I paid for break pads and rotors a few months ago I was charge $1,100 in total and now out of no where my breaks are squeaking. I called and told them about that and he proclaims it’s the propan wearing off. About 4 months is crazy to me. My check engine light came on I took it up there.
