We operate a fleet of four vehicles, so we're constantly needing tires, tire repairs, oil changes, and routine maintenance. Visiting family in the area and took my car there for service. They didn’t look at what I asked them to, charged me for diagnostics and service they never performed. A trans fluid and filter change. I’ve included a photo of the fluid currently in my transaxle and fresh fluid. Left side is in the car. Right side is fresh poured from a new bottle. Notice the color difference? Rip off artists. Stay away.
After my experience here, I'll go to a reputable dealership for car repairs. I'll pay a little more but I'll have better chances of not getting ripped off!
I’m not sure I will be taking my car up here anymore. I paid for break pads and rotors a few months ago I was charge $1,100 in total and now out of no where my breaks are squeaking. I called and told them about that and he proclaims it’s the propan wearing off. About 4 months is crazy to me. My check engine light came on I took it up there.
