Subpar communication skills
Left multiple messages and never received a call back. Poor follow-up and communication.
Their reception won't answer the phone during open hours & is generally hopeless garbage.
Dr Rowe displays the bedside manner of a park bench and has none of the qualities expected from a medical practitioner. Her clients are consistently insulted and berated but they have little choice because they are held over a barrel by this person. No wonder there are so many terrible reviews. I’m surprised that they are still in business, for now.
