Dr Rowe displays the bedside manner of a park bench and has none of the qualities expected from a medical practitioner. Her clients are consistently insulted and berated but they have little choice because they are held over a barrel by this person. No wonder there are so many terrible reviews. I’m surprised that they are still in business, for now.
They arent taking new clients as 2 doctors are leaving. I wonder if its because of all the bad reviews
My whole family has been going to this practice for many years. While it is difficult to get into see Dr Rowe, the others GPs are kind and professional, so I am happy to see any one of them. I would recommend this practice especially because they are one of the few practices that still bulk bill! The reception staff are also kind and helpful.
Very disappointing consult with Dr Rowe, I phoned the surgery asking for the first available appointment. On presenting, asked her an additional question, which would have just required her looking for a date and was told very bluntly if I wanted to discuss more than one item I needed to book another appointment I only had a short consult booked. Unfortunately, I have experienced very upsetting situations with Dr Rowe, but because not many doctors bulkbill anymore, I made the mistake of going back. With my most recent visit, she barely looked at me, was on her computer for the majority of my appointment and displayed a very Ageist attitude, completely dismissing my concerns about a couple of medical conditions and did nothing to alleviate my anxiety. I left feeling very irrelevant. The Practice isn’t the same as it once was when Dr Dinh ran it.
