We rented a storage unit and the code we were sent did not operate the gate. We called the emergency phone number and the second phone number in the rental email but no one answers and no one called us back. Very disappointed in this business. I don’t recommend renting at Hwy5.

New facility with all ground level storage. The inside area is all climate controlled. Don't care for steep hill going into it but hey, there's hills everywhere in Blue Ridge. The facility is nice and clean. The manager, Lynn, is great to work with, she is super nice and accommodating!
