My experience with 394 Storage has been very good! No issues or problems with my unit! Would highly recommend
Don't do it we had one there because COVID tore us apart but we had everything we owned in there for almost 3 years and they would always help us if we needed anything and everything was great until it was time to square up and we finally found a house then they wouldn't even talk to my wife and when I called he said there's no reason to waste his time it's in auction and did not give a dam and I m positive we were one day late on are bill but they new we had in there cause they broke in twice in 3 years when we were late bu... read more
JD made the difference for us in where we decided to rent our first and only storage units. He was there in person and took the time to explain how it all works and even took us to actually look at the unit and see if it was the right size for us. We tried to contact several other companies that day but only got voicemail and then got messages back only wanting to do the process online without ever speaking to a person. Very clean, well maintained, highly recommend.
Gated facility makes it a nice place to store the excess from the house. Convenient location from our house and reasonable on pricing.
