If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my car in because my transmission is slipping — something TWO other shops have already confirmed. The car shakes and vibrates when accelerating, especially after a stop. I went to this place hoping for a proper diagnosis or repair, and left with nothing but frustration. First off, the customer service is awful. Multiple employees saw me standing there waiting and flat-out ignored me. My 17 year old daughter was having car issues. It is below zero. One of the guys came over to check it and told her it was good to go and drive. She made it 50 feet and it still ran poorly. The service sucked!! Why would anyone tell a young lady on a cold night it was good to go!! Very poor and wouldnt recommend them to anyone ever!!!
