Wasted my whole day.... turns out i needed tires instead of a tire balance (which was why my light kept coming on) and was told that the tires were being brought from the other location on 98. Also was told I would receive a call when they arrived so I could come back to get them. Never received a call. Waited for 4 hours. Called back the next day and asked about the status of the tires, they had no idea what I was talking about. Very poor communication. Poor service. I imagine it's due to lack of management. I used to really like the shop but the service has gone way downhill. No one answers the phone or returns calls. Take much longer to get the repairs done and now multiple trips. Very sad because I was a huge fan of this shop.

Great service ,Great tires for the price and a cool dog that loves belly rubs...lol
