She is just like me a Yooper. She saved to of my cats so far and is a vet that goes to farms and all over not just an office and that is it. She has lot of work in this county and is not like a city vet that charges for 3 reception people. If you want your animal to have every test and spend 300 dollars a visit go to the city. I love this vet, she can fell in an animal what most need a machine to do. Called in for a emergency walk in for our sick dog! The vet that answered the phone said geez I wasn't expecting any walk ins this morning!! Lucky we went to a caring facility!!!!
If anyone on here has any details regarding their personal experiences and loss of their pets due to treatment under this vet please let me know. She has also killed my pet. I am filing a complaint with the state board. She has to be shut down before she hurts another animal. I can be reached at digitis at yahoo dot com.
I was at the clinic Friday to have a dog put down I didn't care for the place she took for ever to get to us we sat there 45 minute until she got to us and I didn't care for the place it looks like she never cleans it
I had to leave a 1 star rating or else I wouldn't be able to leave my comment. I actually leave a No Star rating because: My baby was very ill and I had no option at the time but to take her to this place. What ended up being diabetes, this is not what my sweet girl died from in this place, but She caught pneumonia from laying on a cold, wet, filthy floor, in a small cage. I didn't find this out until later, as this vet wouldn't let me go in and see her in the closed off room. My baby was used to a warm soft bed with blanket... read more
I had a kitty who was in desperate need of vet attention and unfortunately this is the only place I could get her in on short notice. The woman was very rude and didn't document anything. Not to mention the facility smelled disgusting, it was filthy and she was very forceful and not gentle at all with my already scared kitty. I do not recommend this vet for anyone.
Unfortunately we had no choice but to use this vet. If our animal wasn't already distressed and hurt physically we would have walked out the minute I saw the place, dirty, she didn't ask any information/history about the animal and then questioned us as we were trying to give information we thought she needed oh, I don't know, like age of animal, weight, distemper, medications...didn't ask ANYTHING! unfortunately, he needed stitches and we had to go thru with it. What ever you do dont ever take your animals here!! Shes rude, the place is a mess, she could care less about your animals, all she worries about is that you have the cash before she sees your animal. Shes not up to date with the new technology. They say she is only good with farm animals, I wouldnt even trust that, farm animals have feelings too!!! Go to eagle river animal hosoital where they are competent!!
