I wish I could post 0 I just moved down and reserved a storage unit online which of course I had to pay for, well I tried calling a few times with no answer and figured well someone will be in the office when i get down, well i was wrong and there i was with my uhal in the parking lot at 1 on a Tuesday.... called every number they had on the door and waited for abt an hour, i finally said **** it and went to 4 other storage places to find a unit the size I needed, I have tried to call back, email and still no response almost... read more
