Absolutely the best climate controlled storage in the Kingsport area. I went to all storage places, checked them all out and this one Hwy11 was the best. This place is cleaner then most restaurants now days. They actively watch security cameras. This place is secure. Building is top shelve. The manager went above and beyond to not only help us but after hours on a Saturday night helped us. Which you will not find service like this anywhere. If you need storage definitely go here. You will not be disappointed.

I called Lee right before closing time to inquire about renting a unit. She was so kind that she offered to stay after hours so that I could come and tour the facility and complete the paperwork to obtain a unit. I'm very impressed with the cleanliness, security, climate control (including humidity control), and overall experience with this business. I would definitely recommend this company for your storage needs.

The facility is relatively new and is maintained in a spotless condition. My property went into storage for about six months and when it was time to come out it was as if it had been stored the previous day. Everything about my experience with Highway 11W Self Storage was positive and Lee is a blessing. I will use these folks again if I need to temporarily store some property.

This place is great! Super convenient. They have a covered loading and unloading area so you can access your stuff in any weather. They also have freight elevators that are big enough for any of your things. 24 hour access and the folks that work here are incredibly nice.
