Excellent prices, convenient location, professional management…. These units are remarkably well maintained. There is always a good, clean smell. The temperature is consistently perfect. The property manager, Lee, is always friendly and helpful. We have used several other storage facilities in the area. This one is by far the best.
Lee went above and beyond to see that I got the unit that best fit my needs. She also worked hard to ensure the cost of the unit was also the best for my budget. Also, the District Manager was present each time I was in the office and was as pleasant and professional as Lee. Great group of people to do business with. Highly recommend 11W Storage in Kingsport.
