Lee went above and beyond to see that I got the unit that best fit my needs. She also worked hard to ensure the cost of the unit was also the best for my budget. Also, the District Manager was present each time I was in the office and was as pleasant and professional as Lee. Great group of people to do business with. Highly recommend 11W Storage in Kingsport.

Absolutely the best climate controlled storage in the Kingsport area. I went to all storage places, checked them all out and this one Hwy11 was the best. This place is cleaner then most restaurants now days. They actively watch security cameras. This place is secure. Building is top shelve. The manager went above and beyond to not only help us but after hours on a Saturday night helped us. Which you will not find service like this anywhere. If you need storage definitely go here. You will not be disappointed.
