They took the burden of having to manage my project with my insurance company. Jennifer is super knowledgeable and came to me highly referred. The team was so clean and left my home better than it was before they came.
I had a very negative experience with this company. I reached out to them to get an estimate for my roof which was deteriorating due to age and some resulting interior damage caused by a leak from a recent storm. They pushed me to file a claim with my insurance and told me they had connections and ways to get the insurance to pay. After 2 months of going back and forth, my insurance justifiably denied the portion of the claim for the roof but approved payment for the inside work.
