Very disappointed with our most recent "Annual Check up and Vaccinations". The New Vet was obviously (in my opinion) very afraid of my Dog. Every other visit the Vet has befriended and been quite comfortable and accepted by "Groot". Because of this " Fear", I'm assuming, is why Groot's ears, teeth, feet ... pretty much everything DIDN'T get looked at. After Muzzling ... simply Vaccinations and out the door. Fantastic customer service
After calling 20 vets in Calgary & area this was by far the cheapest place. All the staff was super friendly. I took my 5 year old mini goldendoodle for a spay here, and they were so good at asking a ton of questions on different procedures we either wanted or didn’t want when it came to her spaying. Made me feel a lot better knowing the breakdown of all costs as well as having the option for everything and then not just going ahead with everything.Highly recommend this vet clinic
