Initial positive impressions of this clinic have unfortunately been ruined by a complete lack of accountability during our recent experiences. After the practices failure to update our pet's vaccination card nor their online records, where we needed them urgently over this recent long weekend. We've been a regular here for almost 6 years with my adult pug. In December we added another pug to our family. Pug puppy started to throw up alot after foods and one time we found a few worms. I informed the clinic of this on the phone the day before and she asked us to phone reception on arrival. When we got there, we did phone reception. Reception told us to wait outside. They were great with my puppy. However they are very over priced for services. Things that should have been included were priced over and above the service she needed.
Highly recommend taking your animal here. We took our reactive dog here to be neutered and what we were expecting to be a stressful visit ended up being such a pleasant experience. They were extremely patient with my dog and did not push his boundaries. I appreciated the personal touches like his name written lovely on his Elizabethan collar and a follow up email after his surgery to enquire about how he was doing. I will not hesitate to bring my dog back here. Thank you for the lovely experience!
I’m so grateful for this clinic and the care they give. Walter recently had an ear hematoma, and I was honestly really worried—not just about him, but about the cost too. They got us in right away without an appointment, which already meant so much.
