Communication is sorely lacking at this clinic. After calling their clinic to ask if they provide a service, I was asked if it was okay for reception to text me as they didn’t seem to know what I wanted. They texted and I clarified, then they called and said that yes they provided the service and quoted me for it. I then went to my appointment, the receptionist wanted the money for what I wanted done before my appointment and in cash (which was very odd). A fantastic little clinic! Dr Lam is very thorough when getting tests done and walking me through what she is testing and why. The facility itself is really nice and has calming music which makes for a very pleasant experience.
