I contacted HighTide Pool Company regarding a cracked drain faucet and faulty pool valve float. Dmitry, the owner, came the next day. He educated me about my pool settings, readjusted them and did the quick repairs. My pool is the cleanest I've seen since he adjusted the valves and settings. I highly recommend this company for your pool needs.
I cannot say enough about what a great company this is! I have had a pool since 2009 and always did my own maintenance. After being referred to Hightide, I hired them to service my pool. I feel like a total idiot for doing the maintenance myself. I have not had to do one thing to my pool in the 2 years they have been serving me and it has never looked better.

High Tide Pool Service came to my home on the day they said they would, explained in detail what it will take to get my pool back in tip-top shape, and I also received a "Pool report" regarding the cleaning, chemical percentages of the water before they added the proper chemicals and another reading after. Great info to know!! I'm very glad I found you guys!! I'm already very impressed!!
