Dimitri performed an unbelievably beautiful job on my pool. I hope that he put some photos and videos on his website because it is a sight to see. More importantly, Dimitri is with you every step of the way keeping you informed and making sure that you are satisfied with each step as they are happening, before moving on to the next step. I contacted HighTide Pool Company regarding a cracked drain faucet and faulty pool valve float. Dmitry, the owner, came the next day. He educated me about my pool settings, readjusted them and did the quick repairs. My pool is the cleanest I've seen since he adjusted the valves and settings. I highly recommend this company for your pool needs.
I cannot say enough about what a great company this is! I have had a pool since 2009 and always did my own maintenance. After being referred to Hightide, I hired them to service my pool. I feel like a total idiot for doing the maintenance myself. I have not had to do one thing to my pool in the 2 years they have been serving me and it has never looked better.
