Hightest is not your ordinary boarding kennel. We have acres of fields and ponds for your dog to enjoy, with a modern, climate controlled kennel facility. Whether you are going on a long vacation or just a few days, you can be confident your dog is being cared for well and given plenty of time to exercise and play. Our experienced staff is friendly and professionalandwillpersonally supervise your dog s care. We offer training courses in Obedience, Puppy Head Start & Gun Dog training.

RecommendedOur little Ella graduated today. She had a great time, and learned a lot. Her trainers, and the rest of the staff, treated her like family, and she will miss them, but it is time to put what she l learned into practice.
we have used hightest over the past 15 years and have always been very happy with the services provided. My lab just finished the gun dog program and now my chinese pug is finishing up obedience training, we are over the moon with the progress the pug has made. our German shepherd will be out soon.
We have had our Mazey there for puppy training and now for the obedience school. And she is doing great. Did the 3 week visit last weekend and were so impressed with her progress. Great people to work with and they actually care about the animals in their care. Highly recommend them to anyone.
We are very pleased with our Lab's progress in Hightest's Gun Dog Program. Lots of bird work with live flyers in addition to obedience training, force fetch and steadying has her ready for her first duck season. She was cared for lovingly and came home in great condition. Great area for Training, lots of ponds for water work and open fields for land. Teal and the training crew are a great group and we've enjoyed our time here recently working with them. The maintance is a lot of work and Teal works hard to see that the grounds are well kept. The office gals are a hoot! Entire staff loves dogs!! Les and Deb Ziegler
The entire staff is very caring and exceptional in their service. We just picked up our 1.5 year young, very driven, lab and he is doing great. We are so happy with the attention he received and so impressed with his off-leash abilities!

Filling this out for our boxer, Rocky, who just loves the care and attention he receives whenever he gets to stay at Doggy Camp with these amazing people! We live in Chico and do not mind the 45-minute drive to Hightest to drop off or pick up Rocky - his excitement as we get close and when we arrive is clear. We wouldn't leave Rocky anywhere else ❤
