The staff is very rude. I have tried working with them many times in hopes it would get better but they are just simply not helpful at all and outrageous in pricing.
My wife was opening a business and we went to them for the signs. The owner said the price would be "about $600". We agreed and paid a deposit. We informed her that we needed the signs by a certain date a couple of weeks away. When we had not heard from them, we went by 3 days before the grand opening. They had not started on the signs. Also, she informed us that she had not taken everything into consideration, and now the price had jumped to $972.47.
