Yesterday I took my new stethoscope to have my name engraved on it (in hopes that it will not get stolen, and if it does I can prove that it is mine.) I had a particular spot I was hoping to have the engraving done on and was told that it would not be possible due to the "anatomy" of the stethoscope.
