They have to have the medicine ready for the pt. This is so ridiculous it should be investigated. Some people can’t go numerous days without some meds and especially if it was a benzo or something addictive or even life changing. Straighten your office out because I’m serious about looking into mal practice
Absolutely perfect
I am not one to ever leave reviews but I’ve just had enough so I can’t hold back my thoughts on this matter only because it seems to be an issue every single month for the last year. The doctor is great. But I have trouble every single month with nurses NOT sending my prescription over . I literally have to call and remind them seven or eight times before they decide to finally send it over !! I have had to wait up to 4 days for them to send my prescriptions sometimes.( and that’s with me calling them to remind them) That is... read more
I absolutely recommend Hightech Family Care. Office clean professional staff easy to get appointments, great Dr. and you are treated with respect, your health care concerns are the staffs' too. Call backs for minor stuff take a little longer but you can always do A Walk -in- appointment or leave a message for medical staff .
