We decided to try this store. Compared with other tile stores, this store is not cheap, but we saw a couple of designs we liked. We ordered two types of tiles, one marble mosaics and one glazed terra-cotta 8x8 tiles - 4 boxes of the latter. The mosaic tiles were fully intact when received. However, when the tilers opened the terrace cotta tiles, 80% of tiles were broken - across ALL four boxes.
