Setup a appointment for a regular visit. Was having pain in the lower part of my gums. Showed up to a locked and closed office. The office even sent confirmation to me for my appointment. To say the least between the pain and the frustration I lost my temper. A lady approached me and told me that this practice has been closed and her husband had bought the practice and they were in the process of taking over and getting moved from the other location they have. I showed up for my appointment. No one was there and the doors were locked. I left several messages and never received a call back. Now, this evening you send me this to post my experience with HighStreet Dental. I think you suck!!!!
Went in for my appointment today & not a single person was in that office. I received no calls or texts indicating that no one would be there.
Got there for appt and doors locked, lights off and no one answers the phone. Shady, I sent my family to another place. I don’t trust someone with my families health if they can’t show up to work.
My brother and I had cleaning appointments on Tuesday June 17 and all went well. My brother needed a deep cleaning so he decided to schedule an appointment for that on Monday June 23. My mother got a verification text message and once my brother got there the doors were locked and lights off. We tried calling and no answer.
