I highly recommend High's Chimney Service. Gene's crew was professional and efficient. They kept me informed every step of the way. The problem with our chimney leaks was much more extensive than my husband and I originally anticipated, however, High's Chimney Service has helped us every step of the way to make our chimney like new! Way to go High's!
Almost bought something I didn"t need – #255573 Richard and Tyrone came to my home in Beltsville, MD to clean my chimney. They told me that it was too dirty to clean and that I would need a new chimney liner at a cost of $1900. They provided me with no helpful information about why it could not be cleaned and showed me no evidence that it was really that dirty. Great service – I am a repeat customer and they continueot provide a great service. They were timely, nice efficient and clean.
Best Chimney cleaning service around – The service was good ,they were in the time window that they projected and was very polite. They came inside and vacumed as they swept, something which no one else has done. Allen and Chip did a professional job. But i think that they should have had a longer ladder (40 ft) made of fiberglass, other than that everything else was done well. I will use Highs Chinmey Service again.
clean chimneys! – Appt. setting and follow up was very efficient. Even got a repeat business discount. Service guys were friendly and quick. No mess either.
BEWARE!! This company will come out and clean your fireplace and tell you that you need a stainless steel liner. They show up to your house I ended up having 2 other companies come out and both said the same thing was wrong, I needed a new top tile and pour a new crown. High's also failed to tell me that when they did the video scan that the mortar joint that was gaped was between the 1st and 2nd tile at the top of a chimney, the other companies said it was a easy fix without installing a liner!!
