I've been buying bikes from Highroller since 2005, great people and service!
I am a bike wife and thus, have been to a few bike shops over the years - this one stands out- first, it appeared to have a range of inventory (so many shops are empty and boring!), the smell of bikes was not overwhelming, there was a place for me to sit, and the bathroom was clean and decorated in a super fun way! I would stop in again just for that. The person who helped hubby was not knowledgeable but I love that they appear to hire young, teachable people. We stopped here during our 20 mile bike ride because something felt wrong with one of our bikes. While they did not seem that busy on a Tuesday afternoon, they stopped everything they were doing to help us. All the staff were super welcoming and friendly, even the bike shop dog! Fixed our bike for a small charge and filled up our tires. They even found a different issue on the bike and fixed that as well to ensure our safety! I bought my first MTB a couple months back after seeing a good deal online for a BMC full suspension. I went in and checked it out, coming back later in the week to purchase it. Since then I have been in almost once a week buying one thing or another as I get into the sport.
