We enjoyed working with Branton, who listened to our feedback and customized our bikes to fit us. High Roller is a phenomenal place to buy, mod, and service a bike in NWA.
On the 2nd to last day of our Arkansas trip, I bashed my derailleur and had done a poor job of replacing my chain that morning. Stopped in late in the day and Sam worked his magic and got me back rolling smoothly in less than 30 minutes. Knowledgeable staff who also provided great ride recommendations 10/10.
Excellent customer service. I'm fairly new to bicycling and went in asking for help changing a tire. The man behind the desk showed and helped me remove the tire from my wheel and assisted me in installing the new one. They went above and beyond to teach me how to do the work myself rather than just take my money and be done.
Dropped my bike this morning- messed up the derailleur- these guys got me going in less than 30 minutes- shifts better than ever.
