Excellent customer service. I'm fairly new to bicycling and went in asking for help changing a tire. The man behind the desk showed and helped me remove the tire from my wheel and assisted me in installing the new one. They went above and beyond to teach me how to do the work myself rather than just take my money and be done.
Dropped my bike this morning- messed up the derailleur- these guys got me going in less than 30 minutes- shifts better than ever.
Excellent bike shop! They were busy but took a little time to look at my wife’s bike and got her dropper post working again and got us back on the trails. Thank you so much!
