Flew in for Big Sugar Grave race. Packed last minute and forgot the through axles. Hightler Cyclery was the only shop in town that stocked these axles. Thanks to them I am able to ride in the race. Awesome LBS.

On the 2nd to last day of our Arkansas trip, I bashed my derailleur and had done a poor job of replacing my chain that morning. Stopped in late in the day and Sam worked his magic and got me back rolling smoothly in less than 30 minutes. Knowledgeable staff who also provided great ride recommendations 10/10.
